Patrick Mahomes has seen his off-field investments soar in value as his latest endeavor became Amazon's best-selling, ready-to-drink coffee.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, who has won the Super Bowl three times with the franchise, is proving that everything he touches turns to gold after his latest enterprise topped an Amazon chart just hours after he wore a T-shirt that read: "THRONE SPORT COFFEE."

Mahomes added the coffee brand to his long investment portfolio and has already been reaping the rewards following his publicity stunt. Founder and CEO Michael Fedele also acknowledged the NFL superstar's endorsement made "quite a bump". "I am proud to be part of Throne SPORT COFFEE and to launch and introduce a better iced coffee to the masses," Mahomes said on the brand’s official website.

"We have been working on creating the perfect product for those who are always on-the-go, who are looking for a natural energy source with added benefits and I couldn’t be more excited about being in on the ground floor of building this brand."

Mahomes’ standing as the face of the NFL has made him the dream partner for companies and products across the United States. And branching out to even investing in his own coffee shows the incredible reach he has.

The 28-year-old can add Throne to his massive list of brands he’s partnered with since winning his first Super Bowl in 2020. His endorsement deals include Adidas, Coors Light, State Farm, Subway, T-Mobile, Oakley, BioSteel, BOSS, CommunityAmerica Credit Union, Essentia Water, Head & Shoulders, Hy-Vee, Hyperice, T-Mobile, Whoop, and AirShare.

"I’ve partnered with people I believe in, and some have worked, and some haven’t worked," Mahomes told Forbes . "But I think if you have the passion, the belief that you can make stuff happen, that’s what I look to invest in."

Mahomes also revealed his personal reason for teaming up with Fedele after the future Hall of Famer became the face of the brand. "I love coffee. I drink it a lot. But I don’t like to put sugar in it," Mahomes added. "I don’t like to put all the added stuff in there. So, I wanted to find a healthier version so I can help my body not have that dad bod."

According to the brand's website, each Throne can is packed with 150 milligrams of natural caffeine. The remaining ingredients include premium Arabica coffee, B vitamin, electrolytes potassium and sodium, natural flavors and sweeteners, and BCAA’s leucine, isoleucine and valine. It is also NSF certified for sport.
