    Sons of American Legion Ready for Second Annual Katonah Car Show

    KATONAH, N.Y. - The Sons of American Legion Post 1575 Katonah will present their second annual car show on Sunday, July 14 at John Jay Homestead located at 400 Jay Street in Katonah.

    This fun-filled family event is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with food, raffles a 50/50 raffle, and music.  Registration will start at 9 a.m. with a $20 fee.  (The rain date for the event is Sunday, July 21.)

    About the Sons of The American Legion

    Founded in 1932, Sons of The American Legion exists to honor the service and sacrifice of Legionnaires.

    SAL members include males of all ages whose parents or grandparents served in the U.S. military and were eligible for American Legion membership. Members of The American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary and Sons of The American Legion comprise the Legion family, which has a combined membership of nearly 4.2 million.

    Although Sons has its own membership, the organization is not a separate entity. Rather, SAL is a program of The American Legion.
