Siouxland United FC drops season opener to Duluth FC 2-1

DULUTH, Minn. (KCAU) – Playing through a scoreless first half, Siouxland United FC quickly responded to a Duluth FC goal to make it 1-1 early in the second half.

But, the home team scored the game-winning goal on a free kick to hand Siouxland United the 2-1 loss in its season opener.

Siouxland United FC will be back in action on Saturday, May 25th against the Minnesota Twin Stars in its NPSL Home Opener at Memorial Field in Sioux City.
