Sanford police: 3-year-old boy suffers gunshot wound to hand
SANFORD, Maine — Police are investigating after a 3-year-old boy suffered a gunshot injury to his hand during an incident at his home Tuesday afternoon. Police said they were called to 13 Shaw Road around 4:28 p.m. by a neighbor who heard the sound of a gunshot. When officers and EMS arrived, they found the boy with a gunshot wound to his left hand. Police said the boy was with his father.
