Broome political party leaders weigh in on Biden's departure from presidential race
Broome County political party leaders weighed in Sunday after President Joe Biden's announcement that he is dropping out of the 2024 presidential race. The departure comes after weeks of scrutiny surrounding Biden's mental fitness and mounting pressure from lawmakers calling for him to end his bid for reelection. Biden also posted his announcement to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris on Sunday.
Former Bills RB Latavius Murray Teams Up With Enduraphin And House Of Sport For Pro Day
Over at the Dick's House of Sport in Johnson City, a former Buffalo Bills running-back made an appearance for a Pro Day event powered by Enduraphin. Latavius Murray, currently an NFL free agent made an appearance at the House of Sport to take part in the Pro Day to join kids ranging from eight to seventeen years old in skills and drills and teach them proper technique when it comes to training. Murray was also joined by his Strength and Conditioning Coach Vinny Scollo, as well as Sports Dietitian Alyson Onyon.

The Rumble Ponies would make it back to back losses against the SeaWolves after being dealt a 6-3 loss on Sunday afternoon at Mirabito Stadium. A local radio-controlled airplane club is playing host to a qualifier for a national competition this weekend. The Binghamton Aeros are holding a northeast qualifier for the National Association Of Scale Aeromodellers' National Championship, with pilots coming to the Chenango Bridge Airport from as far as New England to participate.
