Rural Metro said the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Those in the area may have noticed they are without power. The Knoxville Utilities Board shared that it was asked to de-energize a section of powerlines so that Rural Metro could safely respond to the fire. Approximately 480 customers were left without power, but KUB said power will be restored as soon as conditions are safe.

In a post on X, Rural Metro asked people to avoid the area so crews can operate safely.
