    Garfield Elementary to host farewell reunion celebration

    GARFIELD, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Garfield Elementary is hosting a farewell reunion celebration on May 11 from 4-7 p.m. at the school’s gym.

    There will be bounce houses, games and a barbecue dinner.

    Garfield Elementary to close after next school year

    Alumni, families and the community are all invited to attend. Former students are encouraged to bring old pictures and yearbooks to share.

    The school will close at the end of this school year.
