More than 60 films featured at the Sunny Side Up Festival

MIAMI, Okla. (KOAM) -- The 7th Annual Sunny Side Up Film Festival kicks off at the Coleman Theatre.

The festival gives filmmakers, screenwriters, songwriters, musicians, photographers, artists, painters, costume/wardrobe designers, authors, writers, and poets the opportunity to show off their work.

"This film festival is getting bigger every year, and we have great films of all genres that we'll be screening this season, A highlight for us is also watching the younger actors and filmmakers getting involved with the process, says festival director Rock Whitehead.

According to Whitehead, more than 60 films including music videos, documentaries, shorts, and feature films will be featured in the festival.

Whitehead also says, there will be something for everyone at the festival including Q&A's, book signings, and food vendors.

The festival will be taking place from March 22 to March 24, 2024.

The award show will take place on Sunday at 6 P.M.
