PSU, SEK Humane Society host a destress event for finals week

PITTSBURG, Kan. (KOAM) -- It's almost summer, but before students can relax and put away their books, they have to prepare for finals.

According to the SEK Humane Society's Facebook page, the organization is teaming up with Pittsburg State University to help some of the students destress.

The animal shelter says dogs will be available to help bring the relaxation to students and staff on campus.

The event begins at 12 p.m. and will wrap up around 2 p.m.
