Comedy glam band Steel Panther comes to Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Tickets are now on sale for Steel Panther’s Springfield stop on their world tour.

According to the Gillioz Theatre, comedy glam band Steel Panther will hit the stage at the theatre on Sept. 7.

Steel Panther was formed in 2000. Originating from Los Angeles, the band initially performed 80s glam rock covers but quickly developed a distinctive sound characterized by their profane and humorous lyrics, as well as their parodies of the stereotypical glam metal lifestyle.

Steel Panther has become a global sensation with four full-length albums, worldwide tours, platinum-level YouTube status, and high-profile television appearances on shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, Larry King Now, and FOX NFL Sunday.
