    Springfield police say missing person found safe

    UPDATE 2:20 PM – Springfield Police says Christopher Renno was located and is safe.

    Original Story:

    SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Springfield Police Department has issued an endangered person advisory for 44-year-old Christopher L. Renno.

    SPD says Renno was last seen leaving to go to the Library Center at 4653 South Campbell Friday morning but did not return home. His last contact with family was via text around 4 p.m. on Friday.

    Renno has also been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s and epilepsy.

    Renno is 5’10”, 135 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a white and red shirt, brown pants and black and white shoes.

    Anyone with information on Renno or his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or make an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 417-869-TIPS (8477) or online at p3tips.com .
