City of Dubuque Health Department Seeking Dog Involved in Biting Incident
DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque Health Services Department is seeking information regarding a dog involved in a biting incident that occurred on Thursday, June, 27th, 2024, at about 08:00PM in Hilltop Park 600 Wilson Ave. Dubuque, IA 52001. The dog was running loose at the time of the incident. The dog was described as a small (approx. 20lbs), white dog. The dogs coat is long and corded. The dog was wearing a pink collar with tags at the time of the incident. The dog has been seen by the victim multiple times in Hilltop park running at large prior to this incident. The victim advised the dog is typically wearing a blue collar. After the incident the dog was last seen running towards the 700 block of Caledonia Pl.
