Archbishop Thomas Zinkula says Pope Francis has looked to the Archdiocese of Dubuque for a bishop for the third time in recent years. Five Arrested Following Fight At Comiskey Park
Dubuque Police have released some details of a weekend fight which led to the arrest of a man and four teenagers. Police say the fight between the group of six people happened Saturday evening around 6:30 at Comiskey Park. Following an investigation with the help of traffic camera footage, on Sunday evening police arrested 21-year old Issac Anderson of Gary, Indiana and charged him with participation in a riot.
