Bishop Pahia was a lifeline for more than a thousand men and women released from jail and prison for the last 15 years. He's planning to continue the same role in his retirement.

A band of showers is moving from east to west over Oahu within the trade wind pattern. These showers are expected to bring light rain amounts through this evening as they progress westward across the island chain. Once this band of clouds and showers clears the area, drier air will move in, leading to more stable conditions.
