A two-car crash in Eagan has left a passenger dead and another one seriously injured on Saturday, while authorities search for the driver. According to Minnesota State Patrol, around 3 p.m. on Saturday, the crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 55 and Lexington Avenue. A 41-year-old woman was driving a Lincoln MKX eastbound on Highway 55 in Eagan, while a person driving a Volkswagen Jetta was traveling westbound on Highway 55. The driver of the Lincoln then ran a red light and crashed into the passenger side of the Volkswagen.
