TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The Federal Bureau of Investigation has located a suspect in connection to the Topeka U.S. Bank robbery in Texas. According to the Topeka Police Department officials, as a result of the investigation, on Friday, July 26, officials with the FBI took a suspect into custody without incident in Texas.
