(WBAP/KLIF) – KELLER, TX – Last week, Keller ISD released a new plan to enforce new cell phone rules in the classroom. All cell phones must now be powered off and in a bag during all school hours. Students are not allowed to even have phones in their pockets. Headphones and unapproved blue tooth devices will also be forbidden on campus. Students caught using their phone or other devices could get detention or even suspended from the district.
