NEW YORK - The man accused of killing three people when he allegedly drove drunk into a crowd on the Lower East Side on July 4th was arraigned on a host of charges Saturday. Daniel Hyden of Monmouth Junction, New Jersey is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault, manslaughter, assault and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. An 18-year-old Guttenberg man gave police officers a bad name when he was caught with a loaded handgun yesterday morning, authorities said. Miguel A. Palma, 18, of Guttenberg, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, the possession of a firearm by a minor (under 21 years of age), possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of prescription legend drugs, police said.
