Driver with 13 warrants arrested after traffic stop in Harris County
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A driver with 13 active warrants was arrested after a traffic stop in Harris County, authorities said. Traffic Division Deputies initiated a traffic stop on an Infiniti for no license plate at 2040 FM 2100 Rd.
