LEESBURG, Va. (DC News Now) — After scoring his third goal in as many matches, Loudoun United FC forward Wesley Leggett finds himself on the United Soccer League team of the week for his performance during week 19.

Leggett now has five goals on the year, including two assists through 16 matches this season. Leggett’s goal Saturday opened up the scoring versus Indy Eleven in a match which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Loudoun United will be back in action Wednesday July 23rd as they will host Charleston Battery over at Segra Field at 11am, as Loudoun United will look to extend their un-beaten streak to nine games. The club’s last lost came on May 14th when they lost to North Carolina FC 2-0.
