Fond du Lac County police chase of stolen SUV ends with PIT maneuver
FOND DU LAC, Wis. - A high-speed, miles-long police chase of a stolen vehicle in Fond du Lac County ended on Monday, July 22 with a PIT maneuver and two arrests. On that Monday, Fond du Lac County deputies were made aware of a pursuit that had just occurred with the SUV in Winnebago County. The deputies set up on roadways leading into our county to attempt to locate the vehicle.

Five people charged for harboring a felon after Amherst police standoff leaving one man dead
AMHERST, Wis. - Five people involved in an incident leaving one man dead in an Amherst standoff have been arrested for harboring a fugitive.\. Ed Deyo, 61; Thomas Decarlo, 20; Brodee Voelker, 29; Brandon Laux, 34; and Chrissy Miller, 43; were arrested on Thursday, July 25 during the standoff with law enforcement. Four of those men were formally charged in court July 31. Chrissy Miller is expected to be charged on August 7.
