Omaha landlord loses appeal to Nebraska Supreme Court for code violations
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - An Omaha landlord has lost his appeal to the Nebraska Supreme Court after being found guilty of municipal code violations, court documents said Friday. Kay Anderson was cleared from 95 of 99 misdemeanor counts and was sentenced to probation due to those violations. Anderson appealed that sentencing to the Nebraska Supreme Court.
