Access Commissioners Court Agendas and Info Online!

According to Limestone County Executive Assistant Shantell Carrizales, the bimonthly Commissioners Court agendas and relevant attachments are now accessible online to anyone who may wish for more information. ( https://limestonecotx.portal.civicclerk.com/ )
The link takes you to all the agendas and meetings that are scheduled; you just click on the event date and if there is an agenda or a packet, it shows. All dates are generated for a year, if something changes or they cancel a meeting it will be taken down.
“Legally we only have to publish the agenda before the meeting, not the full packet, but this is something the judge and commissioners are doing for transparency,” Carrizales said.
The site also includes a search feature at the top that allows users to search by keyword.
To receive email notifications, you can click the “Sign In” at the top and register.  Then click on “Subscriptions” and choose the only option, “Commissioners Court.”  It will automatically send you an email every time the agenda and packet are published.  Please note the agenda may go out several hours to a day before the full packet is available  Carrizales said.
The link can also be found on the main page of the county website and the county clerk’s webpage.
“This transition to online was a joint effort with County Clerk Kerrie Cobb,” said Carrizales. “She maintains all records and archives for Commissioners Court. We could not have done this without her!  She and her staff are the best!”
The Limestone County Commissioners meet at 9 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the county courthouse. Meetings are open to the public but also available for live-streaming or later playback on YouTube (search: Limestone County Commissioners Court).
