    Elite 4-Star Wide Receiver Commits To Major Big Ten Program

    Four-star wide receiver Corey Simms announced his commitment to the USC Trojans on Sunday. He committed to the Trojans over Missouri, Penn State, and Nebraska.

    "I am very excited to announce that I have committed to @uscfb," Simms posted. "I want to thank my whole family and community for their support throughout this journey. I also want to thank Coach Riley and my new Trojan family. Fight On!"

    Simms, a 6-foot-3, 190-pound native of Saint Louis, Missouri, helped lead Christian Brothers College to the Class 6A state championship last season. He recorded 79 receptions for 1,049 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns.

    Simms is the No. 293 overall prospect and No. 45 wide receiver in the class of 2025. He ranks as the No. 2 wide receiver and No. 3 player in Missouri, according to the On3 industry ranking .

    Simms made his announcement in front of a crowd gathered at Christian Brothers College High School's gymnasium. He dramatically put on hats from the potential schools before revealing his Trojans attire to the tune of Tupac Shakur's iconic song, California Love .

    Following Simms' commitment, USC's 2025 recruiting class ranks No. 17 nationally and No. 5 in the Big Ten. Simms is the fifth Top 300 prospect to commit to the Trojans, headlined by five-star quarterback Julian Lewis and four-star linebacker Matai Tagoa'i.

    The addition of Simms will give head coach Lincoln Riley another elite offensive weapon to use as the Trojans look to cement their place among the Big Ten's top programs.
