Shohei Ohtani’s 27th home run of the season — traveling at 112 mph — potentially injured a young fan during the Dodgers’ 6-5 win against the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.

The $700 million superstar hit a homer in the seventh inning and the ball appeared to hit a young fan in the stands in the head, as seen in a video on social media.

Ohtani launched a 433-foot, two-run home run to right-center, which put the Dodgers ahead, 4-3, in the seventh.

The video showed the young fan, whose hat appeared to fly off, grabbing his head and crouching down in the crowd of clamoring fans.

Ohtani watched the ball fly into the stands as he made his way around the bases to home plate.

Ohtani is only hitting for the Dodgers and not pitching as he continues to rehab from a surgery he underwent in September to repair the UCL in his right elbow.

He previously underwent Tommy John surgery at the end of the 2018 season to repair a tear in that same UCL — which sidelined him for the 2019 season.

The reigning American League MVP reached a 10-year, $700 million deal with the Dodgers in December.

Ohtani, who will turn 30 on July 5, won’t be available to pitch in 2024.

He’s a top contender to win NL MVP , slashing .320/.402/.646 with 27 homers and 64 RBIs.

The Dodgers host the Diamondbacks in the second meeting of their three-game series Wednesday.
