ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Two people were sent to the hospital Monday after a crash in the town of Manchester.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Robbin Bennett, 58, who was driving a 2018 Nissan Truck, was unable to stop for slow-moving traffic in Manchester around 3:15 p.m.

Deputies said Bennett failed to keep right, and eventually swerved into oncoming traffic hitting a 2021 Chevy Sedan who deputies said was being driven by 33-year-old Carissa Conners. The crash took place at the intersection of State Rt. 96 and King Road.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital. Deputies did not elaborate on their conditions.
