Located at 165 Broome Street, the 15-story building offers tenants new residences in one of New York City’s trendiest neighborhoods. New Yorkers earning 30, 50, 70, and 80 percent of the area median income, or between $18,480 for a single person and $154,080 for a household of seven, can apply for the units, which range from $454/month studios to $2,949/month for a three bedroom.

A&E Real Estate has reached an agreement on living arrangements with Sunnyside tenants pushed out by a fire late last year, with help from a Queens elected official.
