RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations following a weekend arrest. Just before 7p.m. Saturday, officers filed a report of child endangerment, battery of a health care employee, and battery on a law enforcement officer in the 1800 block of College Avenue in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
