Kansas football picked to finish near the top of the Big 12 in the preseason poll
For the first time in over a decade, the Kansas football program has been picked to finish near the top of the Big 12 conference. The Preseason Big 12 Media Poll was released on Tuesday, which is voted on by media members who cover the conference. KU was picked to finish No. 4 in the Big 12 this season. The Jayhawks picked up five first-place votes. Utah was picked to win the conference with Kansas State coming in second. Oklahoma State was picked third just ahead of KU. Arizona rounds out the top five. All five teams landed at least two first place votes.
