Ellerbe was found guilty of six counts of murder, eight counts of felonious assault and one count of discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises.

The charges were related to an Oct. 27 Halloween party at an Airbnb at 810 Ferndale Road. Jarmel Boyd, 17, and Brandon Collins, 18, were fatally shot. Four others were injured.

Judge Phil Naumoff scheduled sentencing for 1 p.m. Oct. 3, pending a pre-sentence investigation. Ellerbe could receive life in prison.
