Two Marathon High School incoming seniors are in Orlando, Fla. this week competing at the Future Business Leaders of America Middle and High School National Leadership Conference.

Addisen Molepske and Clara Krasselt are both competing at the event, which allows top performing students to compete in leadership events, share their successes and learn new ideas about shaping their career future through workshops and exhibits. This four-day conference is considered the pinnacle of the FBLA experience, especially for those running for national office.

FBLA competitive events recognize and reward excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. They also prepare students for successful careers in business by providing opportunities to apply classroom concepts in a workforce-simulated competitive environment and receive feedback from business professionals.

This year’s event is now underway and runs through Tuesday.
