Have You Experienced the Authentic Chinese Cuisine at Yu Zhou Cafe?

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yu Zhou Cafe in Gaithersburg. My visit was prompted by a teammate's craving for Jia Sha meat, and I must say, we were not disappointed. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with the Boiling Fish, Pot with Skin Lamb, and Fish-Flavored Eggplant being particular highlights.

The Sichuan Northern Cold Noodles were a delightful surprise, served in a generous portion that left us more than satisfied. However, we did find the Jia Sha Meat slightly undercooked in the middle, but the restaurant was quick to rectify the situation with a refund.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our waters were refilled and our needs were met. They even speak Spanish, which is a plus! The restaurant also offers a small buffet-style service during the weekend lunch, where you can sample different dishes.

Despite being tucked away behind a strip mall, Yu Zhou Cafe is a hidden gem in Gaithersburg. I'm already looking forward to exploring more of the area and trying more dishes at Yu Zhou Cafe. If you're a fan of authentic Chinese food, I highly recommend giving this place a try!
