Hey foodies, I recently visited the New Generation Hot Pot and let me tell you, it's a place you don't want to miss! It's a perfect spot for students who prefer not to drive or don't own a car. The first thing that struck me was the freshness of the seafood, especially the snow crab and scallops - probably some of the best I've ever had. The sliced tender beef and the mushroom broth were so flavorful, I couldn't help but go to town on them!
The restaurant has a unique conveyor belt style where you can help yourself to hot pot items. They also have a large sauce bar and an amazing all-you-can-eat hotpot with meats and seafood included. And for those with a sweet tooth, they offer desserts and fruits too. The ambiance is chill and relaxing, perfect for a fun group outing or just to unwind with friends. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
This was my first time trying Hot Pot and I was more than satisfied. Just a heads up for my fellow glasses wearers, you might want to take them off as you step inside, they will steam up otherwise! I can't recommend New Generation Hot Pot enough. It's a solid 10/10 from me, and I'm sure you'll love it too!
