Mountaineers Earn ABCA Academic Honor
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University baseball team earned the 2023-24 ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award, presented by Sports Attack, the American Baseball Coaches Association announced. The award highlights programs coached by ABCA members that posted a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale for the entire 2023-24 academic year. For the year, the Mountaineers earned a cumulative GPA of 3.12. With the honor, WVU secured its second Team Academic Excellence Award and first since 2021-22.
