Maynard, MA JM Coull received its ABC National Safety Excellence Award for 2016. In order to be eligible, firms must have achieved a 2016 ABC Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP) Award at the Diamond, Platinum, or Gold level. JMC was qualified at the Diamond level. JMC has achieved Diamond status for the last six years.

MassBay and Framingham High School Hold Second Automotive Technology Boot Camp to Strengthen the Auto Technician Pipeline
This is the second consecutive summer MassBay Community College and Framingham High School have held an automotive technology summer boot camp to help strengthen the pipeline of trained technicians. The boot camp, which has been funded through Framingham Public School, MassBay, and Youth Connections/MassHire grant, will provide 25 Framingham High rising junior and senior students the opportunity to engage in a three-week hands-on intensive workshop to learn more about the automotive industry. This program was created to provide students with career exploration in an in-demand STEM field.

New exhibit reinterprets Fruitlands Native American art through an Indigenous lens
Two exhibits in the Four Seasons Gallery at The Trustees of Reservations Fruitlands Museum portray the reinterpretation of the museum’s rich collection of Native American art. Objects collected by Clara Endicott Sears in the early 20th century are shown alongside more contemporary pieces from artists across the country. The show is curated by Tess Lukey, an Aquinnah Wampanoag tribal member who was hired by The Trustees in October 2022 as the associate curator of Native American art and charged with reinterpreting the Fruitlands collection through a Native lens.
