The 2024 Cumberland Gap Panthers are in full rebuild mode as a new coach and a new system has been installed. Former CHS assistant coach Nick Nash is the newest coach to take the lead at a school rich in football tradition. As with every team, quarterback play is key. The Panthers will bring Noah Meyer to the position with Allen Brooks playing the position some as well. Brooks played well last season at quarterback and Nash wanted his big play ability to be spread around so it’s conceivable that Brooks will line up at wideout, tight end and running back.

Frank Yin, agronomy researcher in the University of Tennessee Department of Plant Sciences, has been selected as a 2024 American Society of Agronomy (ASA) Fellow.
