A Mays Landing man admitted to possessing four destructive devices, U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger announced Monday.

Robert Moser, 32, pleaded guilty in Camden Federal Court before U.S. District Judge Edward S. Kiel.

He was charged March 17, 2023, after police responding to his home for an overdose spotted the devices inside his bedroom, authorities previously said.

All four devices contained explosive powder with a fuse sticking out of each device. One of the destructive devices contained metal pieces, the second contained a metal nail and a protruding metal screw hook, the third had a protruding metal screw hook, and the fourth contained five metal dart tips.

Moser admitted the devices were operable weapons.

He could face a sentence of 10 years in prison and a fine of as much as $250,000. His sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 13.
