Hatboro police searching for two males on Most Wanted List
The Hatboro Police Department has placed the following individuals on their Most Wanted List:. Calvin Cheeze (above left) Cheeze is wanted for sending sexually explicit images to an underage female and urging the juvenile to supply him with nude images of herself, police said. The department received a report on October 17, 2023 which indicated the incident took place at the 200 Block of E County Line Road in Hatboro.
Gunpoint Robbery At 7-Eleven Leads To Two Arrests: Bensalem Police
Christopher Yelverton, 42, and Amanda Petherbridge, 34, are each charged with robbery, conspiracy, and related counts, Bensalem police said in a release on Monday, July 22. The robbery happened at the 2511 Lincoln Highway 7-Eleven in Trevose just before 3 a.m., investigators said. Yelverton walked into the gas station and asked for a carton of Newport cigarettes, then pointed a handgun through his sweatshirt at the cashier and demanded money, according to authorities.
16-year-old dies after being shot 4 times in Northeast Philadelphia, police say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A 16-year-old has died after he was shot four times in the Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.Police said officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of Van Kirk Street shortly after 4 p.m.According to police, the teen was found with four gunshot wounds to his torso.The teen was rushed to Jefferson Frankford Hospital, where he later died, police said.Investigators did not recover a gun at the scene, and no arrests were made.The investigation is ongoing.

Man dies after being stabbed in the face in Philadelphia
An investigation is underway after a man was stabbed to death in Philadelphia early Tuesday morning. Police responded to the 1200 block of West Wingohocking Street at 6:26 a.m. for a reported stabbing. When they arrived, they found an unidentified man in his 40s or 50s who was suffering from multiple stab wounds to the face. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics at 6:36 a.m.
Police Say Woman Conned a Local Giant Out of $1,000 in Activated Gift Cards
NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA—Police are looking for a woman they say conned supermarket employees out of $1,000 of gift cards and then fled the store. The incident happened in the early evening hours of Saturday, July 20, at the New Britain Township Giant at County Line Road and West Butler Avenue. A woman took gift cards to a cash register to activate and pay for them.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER Police said that the woman then “manipulated” the store’s cashier and manager into giving her a refund for the cards but without deactivating them. The woman then walked out of the store with about $1,000 of activated gift cards. Police also said that the women left the store without paying for the items in her shopping cart. Bensalem police are investigating a report that a man pointed a gun at a couple in a supermarket parking lot Monday night after a verbal confrontation. A woman told police that she was leaving the ShopRite in the 2200 block of Bristol Road shortly before 9 p.m. when a man made a comment to her under his breath, Bensalem Sgt. Glenn Vandegrift said.

EAST HANOVER — Another infant has died after being left in a car in New Jersey. Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said East Hanover Police were called after a 6- month-old girl was noticed inside a vehicle parked in a parking lot on South Ridgedale Avenue at Route 10 in East Hanover around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
