Permits have been issued for the construction of a multi-family development at 934-36 West Dauphin Street, parcel B in North Philadelphia East. The new building will rise three stories tall and contain three residential units. A pilot house at the top of the structure will provide access to a roof deck. In total, the building will span 3,935 square feet of space. Anthony Maso & Design is responsible for the project’s design.
