Knoxville Man Charged with Felony Criminal Mischief
A Knoxville man has been charged with felony criminal mischief after alleged vehicle vandalism early Friday morning. According to court records, on July 26th at 2:34 am, Knoxville Police Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Marion St. and Attica Rd. for a report of a vehicle being vandalized. The reporting party stated that two males took off running westbound on Marion St and described one of the males as having black and white hair. This fit the description of 18-year-old Zachary Rankin according to Officer Joe Weppler. The reporting party was then able to positively identify Rankin as the one vandalizing the vehicle due to a Facebook image.
