Severe weather rips through Custer County, causes power outages
Broken Bow Neb. (KNOP) - Severe weather ripped through Custer County Tuesday evening knocking down power lines and leaving residents without electricity. A storm spotter observed a tornado a few miles west of the city, causing the National Weather Service to issue a tornado warning around 6:55 p.m. By 7:30 p.m., powerful winds tore through the roof of a dance studio on 5th Avenue in Broken Bow.
