Bow Seniors Fall to North Platte
The Broken Bow American Legion Seniors baseball team fell to North Platte Monday evening at Paul Brown Field. North Platte jumped out quickly scoring six runs in the first inning. Broken Bow fought back with five unanswered runs to make the score 6-5 after five innings. North Platte collected two big insurance runs in the top of the 7th and held on to win by a final of 8-5. Coy Wardyn had two of Broken Bow’s four hits in the game finishing 2 for 3 with a double.
