LeFlore County homicide suspect arrested in Indiana

UPDATE (7/25/2024):

OSBI said Tyriq Eastling, a LeFlore County homicide suspect, was arrested in Indiana on Thursday.

According to OSBI, the US Marshal Service arrested Eastling in Michigan City, Indiana. He was booked into the LaPorte County Jail on a first degree murder charge.

Eastling is accused of killing 26-year-old Barry Lemont Richardson in Pocola last year. He's been charged with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit assault and battery.

LeFLORE COUNTY, Okla. -- Authorities are looking for a man who is wanted for murder in LeFlore County.

Tyriq Eastling is charged in the death of Barry Richardson which happened in Pocola Feb. 21, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

OSBI said Eastling could have contacts throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas.
