The first sign that spooky season is near is when Spirit Halloween banners start appearing on empty building facades around town.

Their late-summer appearance is both a sign that the most ghoulish time of the year is right around the corner, and a testament to how popular the faux-holiday has become.

Well, lovers of Halloween décor rejoice. Because you are about to be dropping dollars.

    Now Open

The seasonal pop-up where you can buy anything from plastic vampire fangs to spooky decorations recently opened two locations in El Paso and expects to throw the doors open on a few more in the coming weeks.

Halloween stans can begin loading up on Barbie ghoul and Deadpool Halloween costumes, props, animatronics, and home and yard decorations at the recently re-opened location on Viscount (former Amazon Blowout Store) and at The Shoppes at Solana (formerly Sunland Park Mall).

    Coming Back to Life Soon

As it stands right now, three other former business locations are set to be brought back to life as Spirit Halloween stores in the coming weeks, according to the company website.

Exact opening dates for those haven’t been revealed yet, but it won’t be much longer. You can find the status of all El Paso-area locations HERE. A Las Cruces store will be up and running before Labor Day as well.
