Alleged potato thief caught in Muncy
Muncy, Pa. — A man allegedly wrote on a pharmacy window, stole a hanging plant, and took a sack of potatoes from a local super market. Thomas Dwight Howe, 34, of Elizabethtown, arrived at the Weis Market in Muncy at the end of May holding a Redd's Wicked alcoholic beverage, according to Trooper Taylor Arnold. Woman charged for death of 1-year-old infant
Sunbury, Pa. — A Sunbury woman was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter after a 1-year-old infant in her home died. Amanda Lynn Walton, 42, called 911 around 6:30 a.m. July 12 after she discovered the infant was not breathing. In Riverside, police tell us their traffic signal is letting left turn traffic have a green light at the wrong times.
