    'Everyday American,' billionaire Diane Hendricks, gives speech at RNC: Watch

    Billionaire Diane Hendricks took the podium Thursday at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee to discuss her life a one of nine girls, being a single mom and a wife who wanted to obtain the American dream.

    The Wisconsin entrepreneur said, "To all of you aspiring entrepreneurs out there, if I can make it you can make it too."

    The 92nd-richest person in the world, according to Forbes this year, was identified as an "everyday American" on the lineup of RNC speakers for the convention's final day. The GOP convention commenced Monday in Milwaukee through Thursday where former President Donald Trump will formally accept the party’s nomination for the 2024 Election.

    What to know about Diane Hendricks

    Hendricks is the co-founder of ABC Supply, the largest wholesale distributor of roofing supplies and a major distributor of siding and windows in North America. She and her late husband Ken started the Beloit, Wisconsin-based company in 1982 and has served as the chairwoman and sole owner since Ken died in 2007.

    In addition to owning ABC Supply, which currently has 694 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Hendricks owns a real estate development firm and a holding company with stakes in 18 businesses, Forbes reported in 2022 .

    The 77-year-old holds an estimated net worth of $20.9 billion leading the Forbes' list of richest self-made women in America for the past seven years .

    When and where is the Republican National Convention?

    The Republicans' convention will take place over four days, from July 15-18 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

    The Fiserv Forum , home of the Milwaukee Bucks , will be the main venue for the RNC.

    There also will be events at the nearby University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panther Arena and the Baird Center.
