Letter: Parking at the airport is still a problem
Having read a couple of letters regarding the above last year, we were hoping this issue had been addressed when we flew out in June. We dutifully paid for our days in short-term parking and then, unfortunately, our connecting flight got delayed causing us to miss the last flight into Eagle County Regional Airport. When we arrived the following day, there was a parking citation on our car for the day we were overdue.

New trails open for the season on Vail, Beaver Creek mountains
Monday marked the start of the season for soft surface trails in several parts of Eagle County, including Beaver Creek Mountain and the Back Bowls of Vail.
