Arrest Made in Booneville Home Shooting Where Children Were Present

On Friday night, deputies were called to a home on County Road 7090 in Booneville that someone had shot into a home where several people, including children were present. Several adults and children were on the porch when the incident happened.

That call led to the arrest of Jason Keith Hall, 45, of Booneville. He has been charged with shooting into a dwelling, aggravated assault-manifesting extreme indifference to human life, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

He was given $153,000 bond, set by Justice Court Judge Ray Hall. Investigator Torie Jumper will be presenting the case to the Prentiss County Grand Jury.
