    Mobile woman arrested after shooting 1: MPD

    MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A Mobile woman was arrested after she allegedly shot another person on Friday night, according to the Mobile Police Department.

    42-year-old Sarah Terrell-McGill of Mobile was booked into Mobile Metro Jail late Friday, June 28.

    Mobile police officers responded to a reported shooting Friday night around 8:30 on the 6500 block of Athey Court.

    LOCATION:

    4 arrested in Baldwin County, charged with manslaughter after overdose death

    Officers learned once they arrived a female had already been transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

    During the investigation, officers learned the alleged suspect and victim knew each other, and the shooting occurred during an argument between the two.

    Terrell-McGill faces a first-degree assault charge.
