Drivers should use caution and expect delays as road maintenance is underway on Southeast Douglas Avenue in Roseburg. A City of Roseburg release said the Roseburg Public Works Department has hired a contractor to replace six curb ramps on Douglas Avenue at Southeast Rose, Jackson and Main streets.
